Examples of Year 2–5 Inservice Possibilities

Each year of Partner’s process, the school staff assesses where the program is and where it wants to go next.

There are many skills and areas of expertise necessary necessary to build a school climate with more skillful and open communication and higher achievement. A safe and healthy school climate includes constructive two-way communication between the all members of the school, parents and community. It requires teachers to teach social-emotional skills directly to students, to model respectful discussions of similarities and differences, and to teach and model creative conflict management skills.
